TPM 3 (face to face)

TPM 3 (face to face) - 13-15 May 2022 – hosted by YTU

Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) 3 of the RECOM Project was held in Istanbul, Türkiye, from May 13 to May 15, 2022. The meeting aimed to further strengthen the bond between project partners and facilitate the planning and coordination of the project's second-half activities. On the first day, the afternoon session commenced with an opening by the Project Coordinators, Dr. Huseyin Uvet and Dr. Tuba Ugras, from Yildiz Technical University. The session involved reviewing and discussing the final editing of Intellectual Output 1. Additionally, round table meetings were held to discuss Output 2 and Output 3, including the implementation of the LMS system.

On the second day, the morning session started with a general presentation on Output 4 by Tallinn University (TU). Updates and presentations on Output 4.1 by TU and UNIPA (Universita Degli Studi Di Palermo) were discussed, focusing on the static content of five examples. Further updates and presentations on Output 4.2 by UL (Univerza V Ljubljani) and BSU (Burgaski Svoboden Universitet) were addressed, including discussions on the scenario and storyboard of five video tutorials. The day continued with updates and presentations on Output 4.3 by TU and YTU (Yildiz Technical University) concerning the scenario of five mobile games, followed by a round table meeting on the storyboard of these games.

During the afternoon session on the second day, discussions revolved around Output 4.4 by KU (Karabuk University) and YTU on the scenario of five case studies. A round table meeting was held to address the storyboard of these case studies. Additionally, Output 4.5 by KU and UL was discussed, focusing on the scenario of five e-quizzes, followed by another round table meeting to discuss the storyboard of these quizzes. A workshop for creating storyboards was also held during this session, facilitating collaborative work on the scenarios. The second day concluded with a dinner hosted at Yildiz Technical University.

On the third and final day, a breakfast organization was arranged at Yildiz Technical University, allowing for further interactions and discussions among the participants. The meeting provided valuable insights and collaborative efforts to plan and execute the second-half activities of the RECOM Project successfully.
