The Multiplier Event held by Yildiz Technical University (YTU) in Antalya, Türkiye was a highly anticipated and successful gathering aimed at disseminating the outcomes of the RECOM project and promoting the adoption of innovative teaching practices in the field of programming education. The event took place at Belediye Hizmet Binasi, Fener, Tekelioglu Cd., and welcomed participants on the 6th of May 2023.

The first day commenced with registration and a warm welcome coffee session, setting a friendly and engaging atmosphere for the attendees. The opening speech provided an overview of the event's objectives and introduced the Erasmus+ program, underscoring its significance in supporting educational projects like RECOM. The spotlight then shifted to the RECOM project, where its goals and aspirations were presented to the eager audience.

Following a coffee break, the ME continued with presentations and panel discussions on the project's results and their potential impact. Attendees had the opportunity to delve into the outcomes achieved through the project's efforts and explore how these achievements could positively influence programming education. The discussions were dynamic and thought-provoking, with participants actively sharing their insights and perspectives.

The afternoon session centred around workshops, where participants engaged in discussions on the dissemination and sustainability of the project results. Delving into the practical aspects of spreading the knowledge gained through RECOM, the workshops aimed to brainstorm effective strategies to ensure the project's lasting impact beyond its conclusion. The day ended with fruitful discussions and a closing speech, expressing gratitude to all involved for their valuable contributions.

On the 7th of May 2023, the event continued with a morning session focused on project proposal preparation. Attendees were equipped with general information about European Union projects and learned about the intricacies of developing successful project proposals. After a coffee break, the discussions delved into project writing methodologies, where participants gained valuable insights on crafting effective project proposals.

The afternoon session was dedicated to the project budget and financing aspects. Participants received guidance on budget planning and management, ensuring that their projects would be financially viable and sustainable. The program concluded with valuable takeaways and learnings for all participants.

Overall, the ME in Antalya was a resounding success, empowering participants with knowledge and insights into innovative teaching practices while fostering collaborations and sharing best practices for the betterment of programming education in the European region.
